Yeah, most of us survived the "once in a century" blizzard that hit the Baltimore docks this time last year.

I do recall a UK bound car that was sent to the crusher because someone at the docks carelessly left its windows open.

I never thought it would be this painfull. The waiting, not knowing and hoping your not going to be one of the unlucky ones!

Hmmm, my dealer texted me to say that my estimated delivery is now 18/3. My forecasts against history is a month later! I haven't even got a build date yet.

On the Ford Order Tracking website, it says my delivery date is in February, but surely that isn't to Brisbane?

The dealer would only be guessing. You will only get a build date a couple of days before it is built. Your approximate build date will be on your VIN.

No. That is an approximate date for it to get to Baltimore.
Arrival is close to 3 months after it is built.

Confirmed on the Tysla setting sail the 30th Dec scheduled to Brisbane port 28th Jan...!!!

Had to keep looking as it took a minute to sink in :headbonk:

My Lightning Blue manual GT has just been discharged from Port Kembla. My dealership is trying to get it to Newcastle tomorrow and if they do there is a chance I might get it for Christmas, but it's only a might. Oh well, it is now on Australian soil.
Ordered 18th Feb, built 5th October.

Good news not long to go now!!

Mines about five days from WA, tracking the ship has been enjoyable, the progress it makes is pretty good and has also made me more excited as it's getting closer
