Ford Service was very helpful and they mentioned that the car actually arrived at the port where it will ship out yesterday.

I was hoping that it had already been shipped out but when I checked 2wglobal site, I got no record found. So was wishful thinking at first.:doh:

I guess Ford meant to say will be shipped out soon.

when you checked 2wglobal site what did you use as a reference? your Vin? or have you been issued a code from Ford Service?

My VIN. VNE000 has kindly advised me that you enter it Cargo ID section of the Track and Trace page and that the details won't be updated until a few days before departure.
You should try it. Maybe it is already on the ship that has just recently sailed.

My dealer listed December 2017 but only did that so I don't expect it sooner, but should be. They had one expected to arrive October this year and it came in July. So here's hoping mine might be a few months earlier if not I can wait I knew it was going to be a long haul

Does the number seem to be increasing per month? With increased demand and them trying to source more for Aus?

There was a bit of a run on for the discontinued colours, which has now dropped off - so I've heard.

hi all, i ordered 28 may 2016 as the inflow seems to have increased to about a 1000 a month anyone care to guess when i can expect my car, dealer was saying 12 month when i ordered but i am hoping for maybe feb.

So far order times that short are rare, maybe 12 months would be a good target, but who knows, things change over a year and maybe we will laugh at thoses sorts of times for an order by next year!
