Given that cotusb is for the US market only, I have always assumed the delivery date is a US one - meaning I expect my delivery date on cotus to be when it reaches Baltimore. From Ford US perspective they have then delivered the car to the final customer - Ford Aus.

I think you're right - going by my experience.

If we are at car 6000, and there were 6000 orders about 6 months ago, does anyone know how many orders a month are going through?

Might be able to estimate how quickly the lag time is closing (if at all).

I don't know how any of you all are able to deal with the waiting. I am seriously struggling and comparatively I have nothing to complain about.

I did a quick check on average monthly vehicles departing Baltimore. It is 420 across all months except the 2 big ones of over 1000. Those would have added 600 * 2 = 1200 extra orders (roughly 3 months of production).

420 * 12 months = 5000, so this suggests that at standard build rates we are seeing 5000/annum.

So no sign of production rates changing. Only thing that could affect lead times based on this is orders taken and if that has slowed down then lead times should come in

Another note on this is that we were told standard production is 4000 but an extra 2000 allocated last year but they now seem to continue to produce at a rate of 5000.
Add this to the likelyhood that orders rates have reduced and lead times must come down

Mine was built on the 5th October and it said the delivery date was the 25th November and it is still at the docks waiting to go onto a ship. I have been told that I may get it around mid December so I think you can add another month onto it. Sorry to disappoint you.

That's well deserved good new; you have had a very long wait.

Got a work around for the cargo scanner and can now pull data again so added the breakdown of the vehicle types. Split moved 5% more over to the GT.

Had some time to go back and analyse splits. Nice 75% to 25% split on GT to EB.
Found some errors in the numbers so about 100 less vehicles in total now - helps that I have a tool analysing it now

Really first class work here. I wonder whether the Ford Australia Exec's have this level of detail. I somehow doubt it. It would also be interesting to see what Ford Australia think has been delivered. I wonder if there is a difference in numbers.
