The mustang is now no longer visible on the Ford UK webpage to view or configure!

Wonder if it's being re-configured to accommodate MY2016 changes???

Other possibility is that allocation of 2016 is now sold out also! Therefore no need to advertise

I noticed this earlier this morning too when trying to look up the UK specs to compare.

How odd

It disappeared a few weeks ago for a day or so. Everyone speculated that Ford were finally going to update the site and change the crappy picture of a US GT.

It returned looking exactly the same apart from the finance link.

I think they've decided after all not to sell it in the UK :)

Let's hope they are updating it to make the following changes;

1) Interior views when choosing the seat colour
2) Better information of the options that can be added and pictures.
3) Lowering of the 6.8% APR on the finance tab to below 6% instead LOL

They are adding Recaros, ACC, BLIS, Red tail lights, DRLs, memory seats, centre guages, the better aluminium dashboard, hood vents and an all season tyre option for PP.

Oh and they re-positioned the cup holders to suit RHD as well....

So going by whats been discussed in the European tracking thread, the car has mostly likely been taken down due to Ford probably increasing the prices again. So they will need to change the finance tab as well, which means no one can get a price now and walk in with it to order. I am so glad I ordered when I did and missed all these price increases.

Cool, makes me feel even better about paying the price I ordered at (delayer confirmed this is so) we might just have the deal of the century! To be fair, I would probably have paid ÂŁ35k for the Ecoboost. I'm sure I read somewhere as well that the second batch (not sure how many) was sold out too...

If it is price increases, the early deposit people have definitely got a bargain! As there soon could be a few grand of a difference if it continues to climb.

I guess this could be down to many things, possibly all of them. With the first two UK allocations possibly gone, and with high demand still stateside, ford are probably having trouble making enough, and are choosing to fulfill for the domestic market first.

The price increase is likely to reflect these supply constraints and possibly the resulting exclusivity. The prices will drop as supply eases up I would imagine.

I imagine removing it or pushing the price up will help lower demand for the moment, and is only prudent as the first cars arriving here (including the test drives and reviews that will ensue) are only likely to push demand even higher.

And, with a new high end focus possibly arriving before supplies of the mustang improve, removing the mustang or increasing the price may simplify the choice for those looking to upgrade soon makes plenty of sense.

Hoping we'll just have to wait it out!
