No. A lot of domestic people use nitrous. Corvettes included.

OP - If you want to a nitrous kit, get something that is designed properly and above all else, has some safety systems included or at least as an option.

Here was a GREAT kit for the 2011-2014 5.0's. I assume they'll be doing something like this for the 2015 sooner or later.

I've heard nothing but good from guys who have ran it.

I would be worried about the intake welds.
Lol. I remember when that movie came out. The Camaro club I belonged to went to the movies that night and waited in the parking lot for races. It was hilarious. I had a semi-stock 2000 SS with the NAAAWWWZZZZ. 150 wet shot that put down over 546rwtq. Fun car. Actually ended the night with a 2003 Cobra driver (he wore driving gloves) getting his ass handed to him. :D:D

My last Mustang had a blower and nitrous. Mind blowing right?

Not really. A 50 dry shot is great for blowers or even turbos.

Not a sarcasm speaker? That's ok, it's a tough language to learn over the internet. I tried it with a wet 50 just to see and it was fun but I really wanted to run the 100 shot. Unfortunately I had to move and sold it.

Anyone ever notice that any of the Mustangs that are in the FnF movies always end up getting destroyed or the like? What's up with that??

O.k.

Raoh, please stop calling it NOS. It is either Nitrous or N2O.

NOS (Nitrous Oxide Systems) is a brand name.

.
^^ What he said ^^

I have a buddy still rolling his 2002 Mustang GT. He has had a 100 SHOT of Nitrous on it for 120k miles. Car has 130k on it now.

Plus his exhaust system and other mods. He did very well in the 2000's keeping up with the cobras of the day and mustangs before the coyote.

His car was a daily driver for 10+ years. Never a single issue with reliability.
