I’m looking for recommendations for mufflers to pair up with h pipe to aid stock muffler tinny. I haven’t installed h pipe yet, I’m just polling the room for suggestions

Tinny?? Tinnes??

Just start with the H-pipe. Do that, drive it around for a few weeks, see how you like it.

I highly recommend the Roush axleback with your H-pipe. I have the Steed H-pipe paired with the axleback and it sounds amazing.

@Justgonna send it your avatar cracks me up.. forgot all about that clip until now.

Basically anything but stock mufflers. Decide if you just want the axleback or full catback.

The carback will include the center H or X section.

I have a H-pipe and the Roush axle backs perfect combo for my needs. Not call the cops loud, but enough volume to make it worthwhile. More rubble than rasp.

Here's my current set up: Steeda H pipe with acceletec axle back from cjpp
Compared to some of the other mustangs out there it's pretty quiet. Definitely louder than stock little to no drone when cruising (doesn't bother me at all) if you have any music on or even windows down you can't hear the droning. Sounds amazing when you open it up. I think it's comparable to the roush but it will also save you a couple hundred dollars I think it came out to about $350.

That sounds great. Just what I’m looking for. Any rasp? What size are the tips

The only h pipe video I can find are with active exhaust witch I don’t have.

Maybe just a little bit but it's not too much the h pipe is always going to give you a deeper rumble over rasp. You might also want to check out the AWE touring edition cat back or axle back. I will be ordering that one within the next couple of days. IMO it's one of the best sounding setups.
