So this is kind of an odd one I have a good deal for what I think is enough to fully do a swap to a d4 I can get the clutch slave cylinder Throw out bearing and trans for $350 as a takeoff from another car. I have been wanting to do a 3.31 swap to have a more suited ratios for being supercharged and can do this for about the same price plus I will get to keep the torsen diff. Has anyone done this before am I missing anything that would make it a problem.? Thoughts?

There's no reason why it wouldn't be a direct drop in. The external dimensions are the same, the internals are mainly the same besides a few tweaks to the gears and smaller stuff. Same shifter, same clutch style etc.
