MP Concepts GT 500 Front bumper instructions

Hello, a couple months back I bought the mp concepts gt 500 style front bumper from americanmuscle. When I got it, it came missing the hardware and instructions. They were unable to refund me or send me the hardware kit, so I have been stuck with a bumper that I can’t use. Does anyone have a pdf of the installation instructions they could send me and know the hardware sizes that I would need? Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you!
