I have a 2019 Ecoboost with 43k miles. My motor mounts were partially collapsed and both replaced at 31k. I was hearing an intermittent noise and vibration primarily when stopped at a light, while in drive. Putting the car into park would stop it. After the motor mounts were replaced the noise went away for a while, but it has started again. I have taken the car into the dealer a dozen times. They finally acknowledged the problem and said the mounts are bad again, after being replaced 12k miles ago. I am not a rough driver at all. The dealership is telling me it's unusual, and maybe I got a bad part the first time around, but two sets of mounts now? Has anyone else experienced this?
