We're everywhere - never mind 5 steps away from Kevin Bacon it should be 3 steps away from being Scottish!
I'm three steps away from a bacon roll! Is that the same thing? :D

I've ordered Guard and can't decide whether the Euro rear lights or the US red lenses look better, I'm currently favoring the former. Will almost definitely be looking to fit an exhaust, an active one ideally although as a few people have said it may be best to wait and see what they sound like for real. Can't decide whether to change the alloys, the cost is prohibitive, one thing is for certain - if I keep the original black 19s then the chrome wheel nuts will be changed for anodised ones.

Clear rear lights look good on darker colours, though I may tint mine

I think guard is the one colour where clear stands out as looking better. I'm only changing alloys for the winter (~ÂŁ550) otherwise I just couldn't justify to myself. Agree on the anodised nuts.

Another thing that niggles me is that we haven't had any 'accessories' info yet. My dealers says he's sure it will be available "nearer the time", but based on Ford's current efforts, I'm not holding my breath. I wouldn't mind the 'all weather' (rubber) mats, 'trunk' mat and lets face it, just about every other Mustang related piece of tat they want to sell me. I'll buy the ashtrays (that go in the cupholders) even though I don't smoke. Looked at importing things like the trunk mat, but shipping was very high.

I have bought all my accessories from CJ Pony Parts. Fast shipping that every time took 4 days only.

Shipping costs are high, but it doesnt really increase much when making a big order, basically, it pays off to order a lot.

Not as crazy as it sounds, rainwater doesn't (tend to) leave water spots, so a perfect finish.
....which is why I wash mine with a pressure washer fed from a water butt. Never have a problem with water marks. Also look smug when the next hosepipe ban kicks in.

I'm thinking about getting the Roush active exhaust, I'd need to hear what it sounds like from a few videos or preferably in real life.

Having seen one in Guard at a preview, I think the white tail lights look particularly good for a 'modern' look, with red lights looking more 'classic' - so depends what look you're after.

Think of it this way, if you have white tail lights and want them red, just turn them on! best of both worlds.

They all light up red until the indicators/hazards are switched on, at which point the outermost ones turn amber.

What you probably will want to substitute is the amber reflectors on the rear quarters (in place of the US side marker lights) which would be red over the pond.

Assuming it is legal to have red not amber? No idea? Have a black car on order, so might just black these out.

I don't think you have to have them at all so colour MAY be irrelevant. It's probably a requirement for another European state. Worth checking though, you don't want to give them a reason to pull you.
