With the exception of the rain/snow mode, is the horsepower output the same in all the
modes, or does sport and track give more?

HP output is the same. It just changes steering, throttle response, traction control and I think suspension in some models.

The modes affect the throttle (and shift strategy on the autos). Dials the throttle back on Snow/Wet mode but all the HP is available
