MMR FUEL RAIL LEAKING FROM FUEL LINE FITTING!

so I started to fit in the MMR billet fuel rails, so far it was going smooth until I primed the car and immediately it started to spray fuel. I noticed it was coming from this little hole I believe I don’t know how I’m supposed to go on with this. If anyone installed these or seen something like this I would appreciate the hell
