Missing bolt and leak?

Was getting my cradle lockout kit installed last week and decided to take pictures of how my car was underneath. got closer to the front of the car and snapped this.

that a leak?


i just noticed that a bolt is also missing when looking at picture. I wonder if this is the reason why I hear a tink or minor clunk when decelerating...
