10spd missing shifts?

I was driving my car yesterday and while I was in auto in Sport mode it hit the rev limiter hard and popped out of gear as I tried to pass a car on the highway. As I slowed down and got back into my lane it ended up grabbing a gear again and let me accelerate back up. Probability slowed over 20mph as I was coasting out of gear.

First thing I checked to see if I was in manual mode and I wasn't. I tried a few more times to get it to duplicate but it never did it again that trip.

Anyone else have something similar happen? Ideas what it might be.

did you have the shifter in D or S? was in Normal/Sport/track? I havent had what you describe mine has been on point

Shifter was in S. I don't have drive modes in mine.

havent heard of this issue before.. i wouldnt worry about it unless it happens again.

Mine is like yours, a base model. The only issue I have had in S was the other day it hung in 2nd gear. Hit the rev limiter, I lifted off the gas and it finally shifted.
