I just had my Mishimoto catback delivered today and headed over to the exhaust shop to get it hooked up. They had a hell of a time getting things to fit right, the driver's side was passable but you could only get the front hanger on the passenger side to connect, the rear one couldn't be hooked at all while still having the tip in the bumper cutout. They eventually had to heat up and bend the outlet pipes to get everything to sit right.
I was glad that I took it to a shop instead of trying to do it in the driveway at home because I'd be extremely unhappy to run into that issue in my much less equipped shop. I haven't seen much discussion about this catback on the forums but figured I'd ask to see if I just happened to get a bad unit or if there might be a wider issue with fitment of this kit. My car is a 2016 with performance pack and manual transmission, for what it's worth.
Installation issues aside, I'm very pleased with the sound. They somehow found a way to make a turbo 4 sound deep and mean, no drone while cruising either.
