Just installed the mishimoto coolant expansion tank on my ecostang but was wondering if its normal that the tank gets really really hot after a long drive. I know the stock plastic tank got hot but not as much as this aluminium tank. Might be a stupid question but making sure everything is ok.

Aluminum sinks heat ........... whatever your coolant temps are that is what the tank will be.
