I took the car in to the dealer today. They ran a bunch of tests and finally agreed with me that the intake manifold was the problem. They're a large dealer so they had one in stock. It took some time to replace it, but they finished it by late afternoon. It was completely covered under warranty. I had been getting quite a bit of popping on deceleration lately, but it is now gone. No more codes - yippee!
