Is there any easy way without breaking anything to remove the side mirror covers? Id like to get them painted but dont want to mask them to do this

They just pull off. There are two main clips in the middle. Pull from the side closest to the window first then from the outer part to loosen it up and then again from the inside and it will pop off.

My new covers are to arrive FedEx on Friday, so lets try and remove the old cover. After reading all the threads, I graded the cover closest to the window and the other hand on the opposite of the cover and pulled forward. Off it came with all tabs in place and nothing broken off. "Easy"!
