For those who received nicely packed units with no damage, who was your vendor?

Teambeefcake, I don´t know if mine was different packed, but it came to Mexico without damage.

smokin yours is way worse than even mine which was already bad. i definitely wouldn't have installed it with that pipe and its weird bends.

pony15, did you have the foam inserts between the pipes ? seems that is the determining factor on how they are arriving.

It was drop shipped via mbrp. Nothing to do with lethal performance. Literally all the pieces were thrown together randomly in a cardboard box. Also the pipes are fucked up in several locations including between the h pipe which would be impossible to be caused by the shipper. If you place a glass vase in an empty cardboard box and it arrives broken to the buyer, you don't blame the shipping company, you blame yourself.

First off I apologize that you received a kit in such rough shape. I know it's not MBRP's intention to send you something that gets damaged, as they have to spend more effort to make things right. They would much rather have it right the first time then deal with situations like this.

If you can, please give me a call at the office and I will help expedite the situation with MBRP. I wasn't able to pull up the exact order, so I just need to get some information from you and I will take it from there. I know you said it's not our fault, but this is what we're here for. You purchased the product from us, and we want to make sure you are satisfied with what you purchased.

Mine came with this inserts and protection, not foam. The tips were in the white box, the bubble plastic wrap the muffler, and the Brown material was protecting the rest.

UPDATE: it looks like MBRP is replacing parts as needed, please contact them directly or contact the vendor you purchased the parts from. they will be replacing both of my scratched and dented mufflers, I told them not to worry about the slight bend on the h pipe as it won't effect anything for me.

glad to see them step up and do right by the customers because I love the way this exhaust sounds and didn't want to have to change to something else.

i've been told they have adjusted their shipments for future orders and this shouldn't happen again.
