My bov is not as loud as it should be

was told it could be a weak vacuum?

what else could cause this?

It seems a bit quiet, I’ve Heard them to be louder, I posted a video

It won't be as loud as it could be , reving idle, compared to doing a WOT pull. Are you talking about the sound when you let off the gas or just at idling?
