I don't understand looking at a video and thinking a car "looks" slow but I'm pretty sure with what he's putting down now he would easily run mid-low 12s in the 1/4

Hard to tell speed from just a video. 91 octane in Texas? I've seen 93 everywhere I've been in Texas.

Yeah your car seems to drive and launch the same mine does with the 1.5 kit (DP FMIC catback CAI Tune) but videos are a terrible way of measuring power anyways!

Get that puppy dyno tuned or e-tuned. Congrats on the upgrade, wish I had the money to do so but waiting also gives more room for development, enhancements, and options but being an early adopter has its pros too.

The only non-dragstrip footage I trust to make judgments on is a direct shot of the speedo at WOT. (hint, hint)

I wasn't passing judgement or saying it IS slow, just noting that the way this was taped made it not look like the rocket it probably is - it doesn't do the car justice.

I think OP needs a ripper vid 0-100 with a camera on the cluster to clear things up :cheers:

This is our car on pump gas (93) making about 20-30 more WHP than the original video. You can even see at the end of the above video us freight training a bolt on GT.

Videos play tricks, his was probably compressed so much that it slowed the video down a hair.

It's probably either video compression, driver mod, or a mix of the two.

Again, not bashing your products, I love what MAP has been doing with this car and engine. Just my observations of the video.

Oh, I didn't take anything anybody said as a a bash. Everyone has their opinion, and I agree it does look slow in the video. However, my 500whp car says otherwise ;) haha.

Video really does no justice to how fast the car actually is, but I can assure you, it's pretty damn quick. I haven't had the chance to race anybody yet, or take it to the track, but I will as soon as I can. There is no 1/4 mile track within 3 hours of where I live, but there is an 1/8th mile track an hour away. I plan on making a trip there soon.

For those asking for in-car footage, do you have any suggestions on how to do that?
