As I'm sure most of you experienced after a session or track day, my tires get caked with OPR and pebbles and also noticed that they don't get cleaned up just by driving around.

For example, after 4 sessions the tires were covered in all sorts of gunk, but even after driving some 100 miles back home they didn't get cleaned up. Pebbles and OPR were still on the tire, so it seems that I have to be a bit more vigilant at the track to fix this.

See the pic below, this is after I cleaned up alot of the loose pebbles.

1) should I be cleaning off the tires after each session of pebbles, or do you think it's enough to get them off during the warmup lap?

2) what are some tricks on clearing off the OPR and embedded rocks in between track days? Is just driving around on the street enough?

Easy way to clean off clagg or OPR is get them wet then drive in circles.

Scrub it side to side.

Mine always seems to wear off eventually. Go do a canyon run or something.
