So I haven't posted for a while. My vehicle was one of the very first if not first to finish production and thought would soon follow Terminators to my dealership. Well just got a call from my dealership with the perverbial kick in the nuts call. Ford is asking for a complete rebuild. My car won't get released period at all(being destroyed?) and my options are to start from square one or have them do a dealer locate for something similar.... FUBAR I guess Its not yours til you're driving it.
What's the current lead time anyone if you put an order in as of today? You wanted to know my Vin1FA6P8CF4F5301618

I think I'd be asking for a 01 Priority in this case, putting in a brand new order from scratch would not be an option.

Yup, PRIORITY, STAT!

Definitely one of the possible outcomes when relying on dealer stock. I'm sure this is why they recommend not going this path.

Thanks for the support and suggestions. Just got off the phone with the GSM. He is resubmitting as priority 01 but doubt I will see it before December.

One last favor. Anybody have Tricia's email address. I looked and am too frazzled to be able to find it.

Sorry about that, man. That is really depressing. And you must be frazzled because the person before you posted the username to use It's FordService.

That priority 1 should really, really help you out. I feel for you.

I hear you, man. Still waiting and wondering here. Mine was done not too long after yours and as far as I know, no confirmed word on how much rework is needed. I suppose it could also happen in this case as well. Hang in there...

The one that got away. Great White buffalo, great white buffalo (anyone?) Anyway... you may be better off having a rebuild then getting that one plus any fixes they attempted. It sucks, but wait it out. From my understanding 01 priority should be built very quickly.

Where did you view this, on COTUS? Is so, mine still says awaiting shipment.
