That looks like the standard Mach 1 screen with optional Navigation to me.
Why do you think it is different?

I think they are the same. Only the software is a little different.

Do you currently own a Mach 1 with Navigation?
Not sure what part of that screen you consider Multimedia that is not already on your screen?

The dealer hangs me and if I can find it I will buy it. Mine has navigation.
