Mach 1 hood decal change

Has anyone changed out their Mach 1 hood decal to another style like GT350 or GT500 stripes or others?

Probably not helpful unless you are really just not liking the emblems at all, but I changed my decals to no decals about an hour after I got my car home from Granger.

Still so tempted to go decal delete on mine. The hood decal doesn’t bother me as much as the rocker decals. Tgey are just cheesy, but if I’m going to pull them off I need to pull off the hood decal. I like the understated Mach badges and feel they are enough. Kind of like a Shelby with just the snake badges but without the stripes. Classy.

I did the no emblem thing but then put the MACH 1 badges back on but only with their overlays instead of the bulky MACH 1 badge itself. This is what I am talking about on replacing my Mach 1 hood decal. Basically straighten out our Mach 1 hood decal, lol. This would be the colors I would do and they are what my Mach 1 came with (matte black and red).

Unless it’s in another thread did you ever do anything with your hood? I actually want your red original decals on my eruption green. You can’t even read Mach 1 on my hood unless you’re right on top of it.

No, I could not do it though I am starting a project which is going to end with my hood changing but that may be awhile. What red are you looking for? The red Mach 1 at the end is not oem, I bought it later because like yours the Mach 1 on the end of my hood also cannot be read unless you are close to it.

Love that look , i am putting Mach1 front bumper , GT500 style hood and spoiler with GT350 style fenders on my GT , Best of all worlds and should be the sharpest looking GT in Australia i hope
