Curious why you only torque to 100. Aftermarket wheels?
Most passenger cars needs only no more than 100. Ford was just being lazy using 150 based on lug size which is the same on the trucks.

Any harm in torquing to 150?
Not really other than pain in the ass.
If you worry about loosening, try something in between.
Like I said I've been using 120 for over 2000 miles, in the cold and warm, aggressive driving and they never loosened up.

I used 120 on my spacers and 140 on my stock PP wheels with black gorilla factory style lugs. I use a 1/2 Torque wrench NO extension if possible with a 6 point sleeved 21mm CrMo socket.
