So planning a boys day and want to install some new goodies to the whip. For sure items I am installing are the steeda subframe bushings, alignment kit, support bracers and vertical links. Already have a K brace and strut tower with the PP so no planned further front bracing, unless there is good reason to do so. Car is a DD, maybe track days occasionally, but I just want to get power to the ground more efficiently.
My questions is about the springs...Would it be better to get the Steeda progressive springs with the Ford Racing jounce bouncers and hardware or just get the eibach pro kit with their bumpers and dust boot?
