Hey guys I was hoping for some input on some damage I stupidly did to my car today. From what I see the black plastic skirt is messed up and the rocker pinch panel has some pretty good scratches in it but it doesn't appear to be bent or damage beyond the scratches. This happened at about 5 km/h so no real speed was involved.

So what are peoples thoughts on repairing this, is the black plastic part a separate piece? Thanks

What happened?

The side OEM splitters can be changed out easy enough.

Plastic piece is almost $500 bucks by itself.

I stupidly turned to soon when going around a curb and with the car being lowered it was just the right height. The damage to the plastic is all on the bottom and you can't see it unless you are on the ground, plus I'm pretty sure I can repair the plastic with a heat gun and some epoxy plastic to almost as good as new. What do you guys think I should do about repairing the paint, get some primer and color match paint and call it a day?

just get touch up pin. it's under the car and you'll never see it. do it soon or it's gonna rust.

I'd get a sander and sand the rough edges smoothing the pinch weld and prime it. O'Reillys can make color matched aerosol cans of paint for you to just shoot it on. Done!

Yep if ya cant see it unless your on the ground, go with a fix that will keep rust from happening. not a crap job, but doesnt have to be perfect
