Looking for performance shop in Midwest

I know it’s been a while since you posted this but I am in northern MN and when I got my headers installed I used MP Motorsports or MOH’s. Same place sometimes people call it one or the other. They can tune and dyno there also as they have a nice new dyno room. They do mustangs or important GTRs and expensive cars also.

Killer Performance in Grain Valley, MO seems to run a tight ship. I had the opportunity to visit their facility a few years ago and get a tour from one of the owners (Justin Keith). The shop was very clean and well maintained. I liked the fact that they had a specialist that worked on each make of vehicle (Ford, Dodge, Chevy).

Another nice touch that I noticed was how much care they exercised to keep the customers‘ cars from being scratched up when leaning over the fenders and front bumper while working. They would wrap them in this blue transparent thick mil plastic. They also have access to a Dyno that is literally a block away from them. When I was there, I saw Beefcake’s old S550 Mustang there. They had made some upgrades to it for the new owner and the work was super clean.

Ya I Reread it…. He said Minneapolis,MN area not 9 hours away.. Like I said and he just said that is crazy far… when he said Iowa I would imagine he meant the very top of Iowa.. which is 2 hours max away from him. Not 9 hours away in Missouri lol.. either way it doesn’t matter the point is I told him a great place that’s probably 20 mins away from him that does $40k builds so figured it let him know.

It depends on how fast I drive .

Honestly, I wouldn’t speed through Iowa. It’s the only state in which I’ve gotten a speeding ticket.
