Looking for Orlando-Space Coast shop

Got a GT350 that I need a bunch of stuff done, parts just sitting on my garage floor. Shifter, fluids, headers, res delete. And I plan on various other stuff in the future.

Don’t really see any obvious quality speed shops locally. Anyone have a shop they use or trust in the Central Florida region? Preferably closer to the coast but Orlando works.
