If you only want 500 hp, why even get a blower? It would be a waste. Inferring from your post, I think a warranty is the most important thing to you especially after your past experience.

If you only want to get around 500 hp, why don't you just go full exhaust, PMAS intake and a custom dyno tune from a reputable shop. You should be able to get around 450-460 rwhp / 430-440 tq depending on tune and type of gas. If you can get E85, it would help those numbers as well. At the rwhp level you're gonna be at 500 crank horsepower give or take a few.

That's gonna be less expensive than a blower and less chance of grenading your motor. Either way, your warranty is out the door.

we have some killer vortech and Paxton packages that are a phenomenal buy.

our Paxton package is probably the most popular package out there for what we give you for the $$

8 second potential kit with everything you need under $6k!!!!

Hey hijacking this thread a bit. What's the best setup for 600-700HP? What other modifications aside from a supercharger would I need to make for that range?

You're gonna want half shafts, clutch and - if you want the peace of mind - oil pump gears and crank gear if you want to push 700rwhp.

Half shafts and a clutch (if a manual) is something that would really help.

Any system will get you what you want without breaking a sweat. Whipple, Roush and VMP are our favorites and have made a lot of our customers extremely happy!

Is this a serious recommendation?
