In keeping the stock resonator in, I would suggest Borla ATAK axlebacks to get the sound and rasp you are looking for.

Thanks guys for the overwhelming welcome and the great string of replies. I wish I had time now to answer each of you individually, but you have all given me so much food for thought and I will consider your advice carefully when choosing. Thanks so much for taking the time to suss out what I really want. I appreciate it.

This is by far the most subjective argument I have seen on this forum. All the exhaust set ups mentioned are great in their own way. I recommend hooking your phone, computer, whatever you use to look up online videos, to a good sound system and listening to all of them and picking what you like best. I personally went Roush AB and FRPP x pipe as its half the price of most quality CB systems and offers the same performance and sound. I want to go quad set up later when prices come down. Like I said though, its all personal opinion.

Thanks again guys. A kind European user reminded me that as enthusiastic as I am, none of these systems are TüV or CE approved, so I import and install them at my own risk, especially considering annual safety inspections. Sometimes I hate living in a nanny state.
