I'm spontaneous and just joined the forum Monday (I think) and came home with this GT350 tonight. I'm tired, long day of work and about 4 hours at the dealership. I'll have lots of questions to come. But first, does the rear license plate affix with any special screws??? I drove home with the plate in the rear window.

Thanks Tom! The screws weren't in the glove box, just some weird looking red plastic rod thingy. Are the screws those generic coarse, self tapping ones or are they "special" and thread specific. Also, where in Florida are you? I'm near Leesburg.

Right down the road.

That is the usual place they stick them. You might want to look around the trunk or the package that your owners documents came in. I have some laying around if you need them. They are self tapping, but I would probably use the ones that are supposed to come with the car. If the dealer is local, just stop by and pick a set up, otherwise, PM me and I'll send you a set.

Go to HD or Lowes and get some small plastic spacers in the hardware isle to raise the back plate off the car. With [MENTION=21800]Tomster[/MENTION] down the road from you, you're in good hands

I'm not a fan of red (not because it doesn't look good - because my last red car coincidentally or not accounted for 5 tickets in 2 years LOL) but that is gorgeous.
