Like the 50th anniversary Corvette in 2003, this Mustang is and always will be worth the exact same as the standard edition 2015 Mustang comparably equipped.
Yup! Going to be a lot of sad 50th LE owners when it comes time to sell or trade in. Just like the GT500KR guys and a bunch of other Mustangs with high ADMs.

Time for a clarification and perhaps a reality check. Are you comparing the very limited # 1 thru 1964 50th Anniversary Edition Model or the tricked out LE Editions that has a few trim upgrades. One is simply one of nineteen hundred and sixty four units being built in but two paint colors and the other is just an add on Option? Which S550 Mustang are you talking about?

The Limited Edition cars are the 1 of 1964 cars. The 50th Anniversary Appearance Package is a package you can get on any Premium model.

Either way. Even one of the 1964 are not going to be worth THAT much. It is till just a GT mustang, not some collector item. Price depends on demand and I don't see a high demand for a used LE mustang GT as a collector item just because it is numbered. There's not enough different to make it appreciate in value.
