Livernois tuning problems

Well I got my tuner in the mail from them. Emailed all my information. Got the tune from them loaded up to the tuner. Went to install the tune into my car and it is saying that my vehicle isn't supported and to call tech support. Well they are closed till monday now and I broke a plastic piece off my stock intake so I cant re install it on my car and I have the JLT intake and can't drive it. I did notice on the back of my tuner is says 2010-2015 ford ecoboost on the sticker. Wonder if its the problem. They know i have 5.0. Anyone have any ideas?

You might still be able to drive it with the JLT if you really need to. Maybe just keep the R's low

I tried starting it and it won't idle. I'm more mad at my self. I just broke a plastic piece off that connects to one of the hoses. I might try to super glue it and re install it the stock intake so I will have a car to drive.

Now that's some great customer service. Ford should learn something from this because their customer service sucks. I know who's getting my money for a turner for my mustang just have to wait a little longer. But I can't wait to get the tune and CAI

Impressed with the speed of Livernois.... I've never ordered anything from them but really like their customer service. They are now on my list once I get my Stang.

I have to say the customer service from livernois was phenomenal. I spent the last 4 hours being helped from people who had already gone home from work today. There was a lot of issues but it all got fixed and the car running . Can you say holy throttle response?
