I have been told that Ford has notified Dealers with allocations that they will build all the cars that are currently allocated to their dealers..including those that have not yet been issued a VIN.
Very hard to imagine ~300 HEP R's being built based on the production numbers that Ben has been able to provide us with but learned a very long time ago to "Never Say Never" as to what Ford may or may not do in cases such as this?

Ben, based on all of the production numbers that you have been to access how many HEP GT350 and GT350R's have been allocated to date?

We have been told from the get go on these HEP cars that, as a dealer, if you had any unscheduled 350 allocation from Job 2 forward you could order it as a Heritage if you so choose. They will build them to final production based on that, but like you said "never say never".Thanks so much for the update Ben as very much appreciated.
As we all know Ford really enjoys reliving their rich heritage and past when it comes to production numbers just as they did when they launched the 2015 Ford Mustang 50th Anniversary Edition and produced a limited number of cars for that launch namely 1964 cars.
Of course when Ford launched the 2015 GT350 R model back in early July in 2015 they only built 37 cars which was to mirror the number of R/Competition cars back in 1965 even though the actual number of cars was 36.
In addition we know that the Heritage Edition Package costs $1965 for this cool option which is just another reflection on using original numbers and in this case homage to the first production year for the Wimbledon White and Guardsman Blue OTT stripes for the GT350/R's from back in the day.
Based on the information that you have provided those numbers add up to 346 HEP vehicles allocated total to date.
Could it be that Ford is planning to build just 225 HEP GT350's and just 125 HEP GT350R's which would result in a total of 350 cars for the 2020 HEP cars?
This is exactly what a dealership told me....”We have one more allocation and it can be a Heritage if I want”. Either this means production numbers are not limited or if they are, they have not been met as of last week.
