Lighting Issue 2016 Mustang GT

I recently had to mess with some wiring on my 2016 mustang GT for nitrous and I blew 2 fuses and a relay. All that has been fixed but my front turn signals don’t work as well as my fog lights. Everything lights up (except fog lights), but my turn signals don’t flash. Also, when I lock the car the rear lights flash but the front don’t (like they used to). Could this be a fried lighting control module? All other relays and fuses have been checked under passenger glove box and passenger engine bay and work fine. Anyone know what this could be?
