Laird Noller Ford in Topeka, Kansas, has done all service work on my 2016 GT350 Track Pack car. Excellent PDI and all initial work including aero installation. Oil cooler recall work done in a timely and professional manner. Oil changes also done without issue. I have been extremely happy with all I've asked of them. Great purchase and service experience. Could not be happier. I highly recommend Laird Noller Ford!

Koons Ford of Falls Church, VA.

I found a great service rep and, more importantly, a master tech who knows and worships these cars as if they were his own.

bolton ford in lake charles, la. the service manager is a car guy and likes to hire people that are too. they put on rousch stuff including superchargers and lots of people i know are happy with them. when i had my oil changed on my first gt350 (2016) they used torque wrench like they were supposed to and both of my cars had correctly installeds splitters.

Woody Anderson Ford Service Department, Huntsville AL, but only with my preferred tech. He is the only one I and the Service Department Manager Trust working on my GT350.
Well I am going to guess that I have not dealt with either of the folks you have. That place gave me the run around constantly. Last time I went there for a simple oil change, they told me it was going to be an hour and a half before they could even get me in (I was the only one there). I wouldn't have cared but the guy on the radio told the service guy that he was about to pull out the only car they had back there. I'm in Rocket City Mustangs and I wouldnt even go to the cafe they have for a lunch meeting one day. Nobody I have found yet in this area has been worth a damn to deal with. I let there pretty pissed, there were black marks in the parking lot behind me too.

I highly recommend Wynne Ford in Hampton, VA. My '17 R delivered a few days ago. Just before delivery, the Sales Mgr, David K called me for my specific requests on the PDI. He set up a meeting between us and their master tech, and he got it done. Shock spacers pulled, bagged, in the trunk, rear plates holes drilled correctly, etc., etc.

Just amazing I found this dealership.
