My '18 F-150. My daughter named it Shelby which I thought was kinda cute. It's in the process of getting a few upgrades over the next couple of months.

Found a little time to hammer out a new visor for the 39' . Hoping it would turn out to have a "sinister" look adding to the build. Debating on adding a rolled bead along the leading edge. What do you guys think?

This was my brother’s truck. He passed away this past January at the age of 47 from cancer. During his treatment days he had to get rid of the truck and it ended up on a local Ford dealer’s lot. Fast forward two months, just this past weekend I met with my niece (brother’s kid) and she was talking about how sad she was about losing that truck. That night I looked it up at the local dealer website and sure enough, it was still there. From what I was told from the salesman was that it was on the lot that long because of Covid and because the dealer had tacked on fees to this truck to make up for a loss on another vehicle? Never knew of that. But yeah, it worked in my favor and I didn’t mind paying the higher price for an emotional piece. The next morning I went straight to the dealer as soon as they opened and signed the papers. Got it for a few thousand less also. Must admit it was pretty emotional after all was said and done. But I’m happy I got it back and now it’ll stay within the family. The plan is to eventually hand it down to my niece when she’s ready. In memory of my brother Chris.
