Lead time on supercharger packages

Realizing this varies from vendor to vendor, what is the lead time when ordering a supercharger kit? Specifically a Vortech or Procharger setup?

I'm arriving in country on the 26th of Sept and will have two weeks before my next deployment. My goal is to order a kit, have the kit arrive on or before the 26th and install the following day/days. Anyone want to sell me a solution for 600 WHP at 5400ft elevation? Fueling is 91 or E85 (we have alot of that here)

What I have thus far
CBE
X4 w/ Lund tune (will need SC tune)
JLT catch can (wont fit after install) Id like to get one that will work with SC so any suggestions are welcome.
