Me too but not for a daily driver. That dark color will be hard to keep clean.
I like both colors. I have a white ford truck and it's not the easiest to keep clean. Black streaks and shows road grime.

WAAAAY ahead of you. Didn't help one damned bit. But thanks for the suggestion.
Ha! Your '14 looks great white with glass roof! That improves S197 look dramatically IMO. I wasn't expecting that. I really miss my glass roof in my '12. Wasn't as noticeable on my black car though. It was almost a show stopper on trading for my LE.

LE looks more sleek, '14 has better color contrasting. Yeah, tough decision!

Yes, silver looks great on '15. Nice choice! I actually haven't seen a color I dislike.

I saw guard for first time the other day. Wasn't impressed. Looks like faded green on a grey base. Only color I'm meh about.

Agreed, but didn't want to offend. I guess I just might have. But it does have cool color change based on light, so I understand why people like it. Would definitely be my last choice though.

Lol, I had the same feeling about OW and WW (dull and meh), but it's great to see that they have colors that for everyone's needs. :)

Actually, I wasn't fond of WW until I saw my car. Now I love it.

You're forgetting about a lot of parts. The PP has a completely different front link suspension that's stronger and tighter, monotube shocks, engine turn dash, unique underbelly pan, stronger tranny tail shaft, stronger rear-end cage, and probably other things we haven't discovered yet.
A lot of the appearance stuff isn't applicable to LE cars because of their own appearance treatments or automatics which have certain suspension and powertrain compromises like an LSD vs proper Torsen and a steel carrier unit rather than aluminum.

Love the Kona Blue. :ford:
Oddly, I never liked it as a production color. Only on the LE cars did seem reasonably good looking to me. I much prefer it to Deep Impact, but I'm thoroughly disappointed that the alternate color wasn't chosen from the 64.5 palette. I do miss Dark Ink Blue which was one of the sleekest blue hues ever.

Made me even more surprised that Bill Ford chose Kona for his car 0001

Of any non-white or red color, I find Guard amazing, especially under direct sunlight as the base color lumanesces from beneath the metallic. I can't believe how badly Ford is raping some of the EU/UK markets for even basic colors like Oxford White as premiums.

As a shareholder, I'm thrilled for Ford to monetize whatever it can from those who'll pay it, but some things are just beyond the pale and only piss off people.

Yup. Never owned an S197 coupe without a Glass Roof. And the 401A Brick Red/Cashmere interior is much nicer than the comparable RedLine in non-LE 2015s.

In retrospect, perhaps I should've stayed with the doubled up WW/LEs with one as a driver than one of each color and driving neither. I suppose I could keester myself on the depreciation by trading the Kona for a WW as a self-imposed idiot tax....

Bill Jr. could've chosen Booger Brown and everybody within a day's drive of Dearborn would've nodded in approval.

Not me. Ford did a good job by picking WW and KB for the colors. :ford:

I think the blue could have been brighter to match ford blue but.... I'm not a fan of blue cars in general.

It didn't even need to be a particular brightness of blue. It simply should've been another original launch color like Guardsman Blue.

Not that Kona ultimately wasn't a beautiful choice for the LE, but I suspect its selection probably had as much to do with having had a few hundred leftover gallons on hand after retiring Kona from the palette back in 2012 as anything else.

Probably made by the same person who decided the Limited Edition model shouldn't have reverse parking sensors or rain sensing wipers.
