depends on your budget there is over $1000 price diff between the two. i tested both very detailed you can find my thread and read through it. for under a grand you can do shocks and springs or get the ST versions you cant go wrong.

I have the V3s and really like the adjustability. For compression and rebound its pretty easy to adjust but ride height is a bit more involved. You really need to decide the value you place on adjustability and if you would really use it (or trust someone on a product team to get it right for you). If you alternate between very short technical tracks and long sweepers it may be worth it.
