Swapped 23 mth old B6 for Koni Active struts yesterday and what a joy. Dramatic comfort increase with no street handling degradation. Super pleased and they haven't even broken in yet.

Also swapped Steeda end links for OE now silent running with Eibach sway bar.

Threw the B6 in the bin. Will probably do same to End links hat already seem to be getting sloppy on one joint after 14 Mths only.

Broken in now and these Koni Actives are amazing just float over speed bumps and smashed chopped up surfaces with no street or highway driving performance braking or cornering degradation at all with Eibach front sway and 24mm rear sway bars.

So glad I tossed the B6 Struts out.

In Australia, our cars all came with the performance pack so the ride is pretty firm. It's great for performance driving but mine is just a daily I like cruising around in now adays so I've been eyeing off these struts myself for a more comfortable ride; very tempting.

What characteristics does changing the sway bars have in the overall feel?

Just saw you post bookian. From Bilstein B6 front to Koni Active there is no street performance loss just a huge comfort /.compliance upgrade on choppy streets and off-road / gravel dirt roads etc.

Sway bars are a waste of money on the street unless you do a lot of curves and can get GT350 or 500 bars w bushings and brackets cheap. I just swapped Eibach greasable poly bushings for New GT350 bushings and brackets and it's t took some edge off but still great.

Pretty much everything suspension except dampers is a waste of money except bracing, vertical links and maybe stop hop kits if you have wheel hop.

Just my opinion after blowing thousands and throwing it out after a few months on choppy city streets.

High speed and highway it's a different story.
