Killer chiller

So I made my purchase for the drag killer chiller last Friday. I had some questions about the kit but I can't seem to get a response from Kincaid regarding the kit. Kind of has me worried for when I receive the kit and I have a question. About install or it comes damaged will they even be any assistance since they haven't even reached back.to me by email or phone. Anyone know what's going on?

Do not know anything about this supplier but......if you ordered it direct and on a credit card, put a hold on the purchase. Once Kincaid is notified you will hear from them pretty quickly.

We are a dealer for Kincaid. We have spoken with him briefly as of late. He is currently dealing with a serious personal situation which i cannot go into detail on but Im sure he would appreciate patience in this matter. He should get back to you as soon as he can.

Ok i completely understand. Thank you for that update I was getting a bit worried to the point where I was going to just cancel the order and go a different route on cooling mod.
