Another Killer Chiller Thread

Ordered my kit 13 Feb 22 from Kincaid Performance and I've received nothing. No emails and no kit.
Hopefully I'll get an answer now.

Wow… just wow! It took about 2 months last year to get mine and the right parts to go with it. This is just getting out of hand to say the least. I know some one who finally got the two kits he ordered way back when and wants to sell them. I can reach out to him if you’d like.

I was on the verge of doing that a few times until they finally got me my kit. Have you called them?

I did finally get my products for both kits. Not without incident, though. 10 months of waiting, false promises, etc.

I called and she apologized for taking so long and thanked me for waiting. She said she would send an email to let me know where they were at with my kit.

Hold them to that! Call and email everyday until either they deliver your product or refund your money.

I decided if i do it im going interchiller. It costs a fair bit more money but with the horror stories on killerchiller customer service and a/c compressor failures due to his kit being made from a beverage cooler and not a system made to run refrigerant i dont want to risk it. I just dont like the idea of removing my stock heat exchanger. I would much rather run a bypass so if my a/c goes out i can at least drive the car still.
