I was on the verge of doing that a few times until they finally got me my kit. Have you called them?Well if I'm not going to get my kit then give me a refund and I'll go my own way.
I did finally get my products for both kits. Not without incident, though. 10 months of waiting, false promises, etc.@MiDiablo Josh not sure if you have sold your kits yet. But here is another dissatisfied customer like you.
Hold them to that! Call and email everyday until either they deliver your product or refund your money.I called and she apologized for taking so long and thanked me for waiting. She said she would send an email to let me know where they were at with my kit.
Unfortunately sounds about right for them…I received No emails so I guess it's back to calling.
