Keyless entry stop working! Help

Hey guys, so I have S550 and suddenly last week the keyless entry (intelligent access) stop working in my car, both door not responding. I can still open it from the key fob. Also I can open the trunk by the button easily.
I checked the key battery and it was good.
I replace the antenna in the door but still nothing happend.
I check the car by many scan tool but there is nothing wrong with it.
So I don’t know what should I do next

UPDATE

a little update on my case,
so I went to a mechanic who has a diagnostic tool for ford and found out that have this 2 code:

B1381:15 Left Front Door Handley Proximity sensor
B1382:15 Right Front Door Handley Proximity sensor

we check both door antenna for the intelligent access and they are fine, but for some reason, they are not communicating with the BCM.
we also replace both of them but still giving the same code and noting work

so i really don't know what to do next

Have you checked your fuses in the interior panel?

I did a quick search and found these things similar but not exact if you want to read through them...One guy had the same problem, had to have dealer reprogram the remotes to make the IA work.

Have you checked your fuses in the interior panel?

Yes I did, both the fuses box’s.
All of them are fine.

yes it's out of warranty, i try everything even changing the door keyless antenna and nothing work for me. both door not responding, just the trunk working fine. the remote fob working perfectly. so I don't know what should I do

If every other function is working except the proximity feature for your doors, I would assume the prox fob is fine. If there was something wrong with the prox fob, you'd have to put the key in the cupholder to start the car.

I don't know if it'll help but I have the Helm factory manual for our 2017 GT. Might be the same info for yours.

What scan tool did you use ? The Ford dealership scan tool may find the issue. Both key fobs are same ?

just read this in the owners manual,

The system does not function if:

• Your vehicle battery has no charge.
• The key battery has no charge.
• The key frequencies are jammed. unfortunately you may be forced to take it to the dealer, maybe both of your remotes are jammed.

I really don't know how to diagnose electricity stuff but i'll try to ask for help.

yes I check it with the ford scan tool but nothing showing
I checked it with 3 different scan/diagnose tools

I only have one key fob rn, both the car & the key battery are good.
how do I know that my key frequencies are jammed ??

you could get a second key fob just to rule that out.

Hello Alex.
Did you fix your keyless issue? I've got about the same but only with passenger door. My dealer can't fix it and said that car could be in accident in the past.
