KAM reset using forscan?

I’m reading that the laptop version has it in the service procedures. I’m gonna check it out today and see if I can get it to reset

If it doesn't you can always go the negative terminal route.

So I can positively say that the service procedures on forscan will allow wiping learned data, and resets KAM. Did it this afternoon and all knock counts are back to zero, but it also reset OAR as expected and is slowly relearning now.

OAR is Octane Adjust Rating, but its something different in the 2019 models I think. Also I forgot to mention, you will need the extended FORscan licenses and the correct dongle to reset.

Any OBD scanner/reader will clear DTC/KAM just like disconnecting the battery for 10 min.
