Hi from Canada everyone,

I am getting a set of Nitto 555 rii's 305/45/17 installed on VMS 17x10 wheels for my 2018 GT PP1. My appointment is this wednesday and I realized this weekend I need new TPMS since I am keeping my old stock wheel and firehawk indy 500 wheels and tires mounted as is. So now I am rushing to find TPMS so I don't have to cancel and move the appointment. I will call the local ford dealer parts centre when they open monday. Looking at amazon prime so shipping to arrive by monday/tuesday.

From my understanding these will fit. But I wanted to make sure the frequency would work.

https://www.amazon.ca/CDWTPS-F2GZ-1...mzn1.fos.b06bdbbe-20fd-4ebc-88cf-fa04f1ca0da8

The frequency is listed 433±0.05MHZ, but I believe the mustang is at 315 MHZ. Does this just mean the sensors have a range up to 433 MHZ?

Not most knowledge with TPMS, any advice would be great.

Thanks in advance!

TPMS sensors operate at two different frequencies and are not interchangeable. Your Mustangs TPMS operates at 315 MHZ.

@jcttraveler is spot on. Schrader does build a sensor that will operate at 315MHZ or 433MHZ, but it will need to be programmed to your vehicle with a programming tool.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up going to the dealership parts section and got a set right from them. Motor craft TPMS 35 part # F2GZ-1A189-A. They were pricey at $200.00 Canadian all in for two
