heres a link to the wheels i wanna get. i wanna stay with 18s. there 18 x 10.5 w/22 offset. what size tire should i get to help fill out the wheel well better?

That offset will poke, especially in the rear.

I would go with 18x10 +35 offset for a square setup. Should be flush in the rear and you could use a 5mm spacer in front.
