But I can see 15-17 being alike but the 18+ gt350 didn’t get the change and so didn’t the gt500Well, the GT350 was introduced for the '15 model year, so obviously it was going to share the headlamps of the current model.
The GT500 uses the same carbon composite header panel as the GT350, and it would have been costly to redevelop it for the '18+ headlamps.
Again, the carbon fiber composite header panel for the front lights/fascia/cooling was designed for the ‘15-17 lights so the ‘18+ Shelby cars kept the older lights (I prefer). But I can see 15-17 being alike but the 18+ gt350 didn’t get the change and so didn’t the gt500
Nah, my ‘22 is much better with the DCT!Good lol I’m glad. Now they just gotta make the GT500s Manual again
Yeah it’s a lot faster. Have you ever raced the two ? It’s nice to have one of each thoNah, my ‘22 is much better with the DCT!
And I’m a hard core stick shift guy. My ‘14 makes 1100rwhp with a Mag XL.
For the type of vehicle the ‘20-22 GT500 has become the DCT is a better performance choice.

I’ll race both myself at the same track/same day this fall.Yeah it’s a lot faster. Have you ever raced the two ? It’s nice to have one of each tho
That’s awesome what mods do you have on the 14 & do you have a picture?I’ll race both myself at the same track/same day this fall.
But the ‘14 already went 9.55@154 with about 100-150hp less.
I don’t plan to drag the ‘22 much at all other than to see how it runs exactly as I drive it daily. Ideally it’ll be bottom 10s on Toyo R888Rs as I’m keeping the handling/braking for potential track day for fun.
Yes great to have both options.
